Our Approach

Chiral Afrique Tours and Travel together with our partner facilitators put together experiential programs that range from purely fun to carefully planned interventions which dovetail into progressive development in the organization. Our activities are sequenced in a creative manner that provides a non-threatening learning environment.

The activities are tailored to specifically test initiative, practical ability, leadership and team-working skills in a fun and competitive atmosphere

1 Full Day Program:

9am to 12 noon

Ice Breakers

Here the team introduces oneself – we get to know each other.

Activities achieve warm ups, energize and make the team playful.

There is a lot of laughter and hand clapping which is a perfect way to start the day!

Here we now take up – Initiators

Initiator

Group is divided into smaller groups of (5) and are presented with challenges that require the involvement of all for success. Participants realize and appreciate each others’ differences and potential.

They learn harmonious ways to handle upsets and conflict. These stimulate creative thinking, planning, and communication skills. Groups have a firsthand opportunity to experience the joy of corporate success or the gloom of failure… and to learn from both.

Take up – Competitive Programs

Competition:

The activities now range from obstacle races, relays and beat the clock activities.

Apart from promoting teamwork, these activities encourage vulnerability and openness, helping break down interpersonal barriers. A group learns to work under pressure.
